It’s been a long time since I’ve been here. Well, obviously I have a lack of time.
To give you an example: if I wouldn’t live with my boyfriend* I suppose we won’t see each other for weeks. Actually I think we see each other (both! awake) for about 2 hours a day. At weekends it’s a bit more.
Fortunately the day after tomorrow is Christmas eve. No stress (hopefully), far away from Vienna, enjoying a nice dinner, followed by a few days off. I have all my presents except the one for my boyfriend’s uncle. Maybe we can find a solution but neither of us has had enough time to take care of it.
One thing I really like about Christmas is to buy presents.
On the one hand I like shopping as I have many ideas what to give. On the other hand it’s fun to see how the presentees enjoy their presents. And the best thing is to make a present to my boyfriend. He never knows what it’ll be (at least that’s what he makes me think ;-)) and it's fun to give him hints because nevertheless he doesn't find out what the present is about.
So less than two (unfortunately very stressful) days to go there!
*by the way: doesn’t this word “boyfriend” sound a bit strange for a long lasting relationship between two people who are 26? My sweetheart is a real man, not a boy …!
